I don't believe that mysql-bug 5574 is associated with my situation. It
reports a bug where a table with foreign keys is created, then altered
to MyIsam, and then the re-creation does not work anymore.
My problem however is that the "ALTER TABLE ADD CONSTRAINT"-Syntax seems
to not work
