The DTD files should be packaged independently, in a separate package.
One may need them without having/needing the whole OpenOffice suite
available for a number of reasons:
. architecture (AMD 64)
. not enough disk space
. not enough CPU power
. n
/etc/init.d/inet disappeared on my system (testing)
after a session of many `dpkg -r` to restart from clean.
netkit-inetd would consistently fail: it would not configure, reinstall,
remove, purge...
To circumvent the problem I had to create the missing file and also make
