Hi everyone!
This turned out to be trickier to fix, the problem may not even be in
s-p but in some of the underlying libraries.
With this bug active, it looks like we may have to release trixie
without s-p, as it will miss the deadline today, and I need to spend
energy on PackageKit to support deb

Do you have any idea how this would be possible? Both PK and Synaptic
should hold the APT frontend lock, so they should never be able to run
at the same time.
I also have never once observed this behavior...

I haven't looked deeply into this, bit for armhf using GDC is the intended
choice - it has way fewer bugs than LDC, which generally seems to work
