I actually wanted to make this change, however for some reason when I
create "buildd" variant images, despite having less pages, the images
turn out larger (233.4 MiB for a default bullseye image, and 259.6 MiB
for a build bullseye image).
This makes no sense to me at all, so I'll defer this change a bit
until I've figured out what is actually consuming this space.
