kdebase-kio-plugins package as a runtime dependency. I
was hoping to hear back from Luciano to confirm this but I suspect
this was the issue as I have not heard back and I usually assume no
news is good news.
So hopefully 0.9.1 should close all outstanding bugs :)

Thanks for the bug report on KFlickr regarding the thumbnails. KFlickr
does make use of KDE libraries to do quite a few things and so expects
them to be available, running gnome should not be an issue for KFlickr
AFAIK but running it might allow a missing part of the needed KDE
infrastruc

Sure I will look into changing this install location. I should put out
a 0.9.1 release to fix this as well as the other bug open regarding a
german translation being incorrect. As well via Ubuntu launchpad there
is now more translations available that would be good to put out
there.
