The lastest version of texlive to move into testing includes a security
feature in bibtex which breaks rubber on any application that uses
bibtex, as far as I can tell.
The issue has to do with a configuration option (openout
doing the upload.
In any case, the software is great and some people I'm working with

n any case, VRMS and ActualRMS are not the same. VRMS complains about
packages in the non-free repository. Questions about whether packages
belong in that package are important ones, but they are not ones to have
in bug reports for the VRMS package.
