Control: severity -1 normal
A reboot cleared this issue, but logging in to lxqt from SDDM then into kde
(both X11 and Wayland sessions) recreates this issue.

mpact - I don't see any calls to anything OS related
that will cause shutdown. There's been quite a lot of work to the quansheng
driver over summer [1] so hopefully this helps you!

Hi there,
thanks for this - the build scripts for uronode are particularly curious, with
the list of credits in the configure file.
I'll get this tested and uploaded soon!

Do either of these seem like a reasonable way to force an error, or will this
just end up with the failed upgrades we want to avoid?

This bug has been on my peripheral vision for a wee while, I’ll have a prod at
it tomorrow night and get it uploaded. At least now I don’t need to check
uronode too!

Hi all,
I've managed to reproduce this locally, but haven't sat down to properly look
at a solution.
As it's an RC bug, it 's worth sorting soon so we're not holding anything up -
has anyone got a suggestion of where to start?
Cheers,

Chris,
Thanks for the patch and the ongoing work - that was a quick turnaround
from me packaging the new upstream release to you submitting a patch!
I'm doing some other work on xastir at the moment, so I'll roll it into
the -2 release.

Dear Maintainer,
xastir has no icon in the menus on kde, mate and other desktop environments. It
would be nice to see a little icon beside the program in the list!

Thanks for this, I'll look at turning the patch round in the next 7 days or so
and getting a -2 version out.
