Chrome was updated today and now I have:

Unfortunately the issue persists. Do I need to do anything special to

Thank you very much for getting back to me. I haven't experienced the
crash in a couple months. It's been working well. I still have about 16
email accounts in Icedove and everything works fine. After release of
Jessie, I moved the machine to that release and no crashes in Jessi

I came across a vbox ticket where I posted a comment

seems to be addressed. In my case, the English spell check is enabled by
default.

I installed Wheezy fresh with the Beta3 installer and have the same issue. It's
very annoying. Please let me know how I can work around it for now. Every page
defaults to Finnish language instead of English/United States. This is
iceweasel 10.0.9.
I just installed Wheezy and tried to use the Synaptic software sources dialog
and as described above, the checkboxes can be checked but while the checking UI
changes, the check doesn't stick.
It's not the end of the world, but would be great to have a solution.
