Bug#798871: Google Chrome in Jessie XFCE also has this issue

Chrome was updated today and now I have:

ii  google-chrome-stable 46.0.2490.80-1                       
amd64        The web browser from Google

Unfortunately the issue persists. Do I need to do anything special to 
get the borders back?
