Setting the file ownership back to nobody allows gmetad to start but
doesn't really solve the problem...
I guess a patch to gmetad is needed to make it run as ganglia rather
than nobody.

This is on my wish-list too, for no other reason than if the linux-image

F" don't really qualify as an unsigned long, something
else is sent which causes varnish performance to be next to useless.
Changing this to a number produces an expected performance level (~6000
requests/sec with zero errors, vs almost 100% errors with the default
value).
