When the grace package is built in Ubuntu, a ddeb package is supposed
to be generated by the dh_strip command (with pkg-create
version from unstable.

"wrong-name-for-upstream-changelog".
This occurs because Debian policy dictates that the upstream changelog
should be installed to /usr/share/doc/grace/changelog.

I have tried this again using inkscape_0.48.0-1ubuntu2. If I export
the image with the default resolution of 90 dpi, then the dotted line
disappears. However, if I repeat this with 600 dpi the image exports
correctly.
