Thank you for this! Let's get this into a release of the Policy Manual.
I've pushed a bug880920-spwhitton branch to the Policy repo for you to
review. Aside f

The flag ytdl is set by default, which breaks opening m3u playlists over
the network -- only the last entry of the playlist is played. Running
with --ytdl=no works around the issue.
Also confirmed in 0.28.2-1.

When streaming over HTTP from localhost, the in-memory cache grows
seemingly without bound (RSS just got up to 700MB). Running
with --cache=no does *not* work around the issue.
Downgrading to 0.27.2-1 fixes the issue.

Dear Maintainer,
When running apt-get -t stretch-backports upgrade I get a list of packages that
have been kept back:
libegl1-mesa libgbm1 libgl1-mesa-dri libgl1-mesa-glx libglapi-mesa
libgles2-mesa libwayland-egl1-mesa libxatracker2
Hi, we already had 3.2.1 in the pipeline but couldn't release it because no
maintainer was available.
Instead, we're going to push 3.3.1 soon.
Sorry for the delay.
Hi. I hit this bug when packaging the latest release of sundials.
That package uses debhelper. Can somebody say exactly how one would
"move all tests outside binary-arch"? debhelper abstracts away the
"binary-arch" stuff, and I'm not familiar enough with the guts to know
how to do this.
