Hi. I hit this bug when packaging the latest release of sundials. That package uses debhelper. Can somebody say exactly how one would "move all tests outside binary-arch"? debhelper abstracts away the "binary-arch" stuff, and I'm not familiar enough with the guts to know how to do this.
Having that spelled out explicitly in a searchable internel-accessible post would likely help more than just me. Thanks!
