to the Evil license. Packaging can't move forward until there is a
solution to that.
This bug appears to have been fixed several years ago. See bug #311777.
Also this bug addresses a different problem than #246621. Please

It should install them to /usr/share/locale instead

Using getopt for option parsing means that the ordering of -t and -f /
-q doesn't matter, and we can put more error-handling of user input into
