After installing bro, bro-aux, bro-common and broctl via apt-get and
doing basic configuration, the hourly reports contain the following:

  File "/usr/bin/trace-summary", line 19, in <module>
      import SubnetTree
ImportError: No module named SubnetTree

It appears that the trace-summary package should depend on the
python-subnettree package.
