After that particular issue occurred on my system,
I have put synaptic 0.80.4 on hold via aptitute and I have downgraded it to the
version from wheezy ( 0.75.13, because that version worked for me ),

I've moved to static /etc/mtab and /etc/fstab because of problem with
synchronization (#716663). umount waits for synchronization.
New files are successfully uploaded.
Modified files have the old content always.
