Adding '--nodefaults' to the definition of mysqladmin in
debian/setup-mysql.sh gets round the issue of the invalid option.

I attach a patch to enbale libdbi-drivers to build against the latest
MySQL. I will upload my build with a 15 day delay. Of course plese feel

The default programs can be changed from
~/.local/share/applications/mimeapps.list
Replace the line in [Default Applications] section:
inode/directory=Thunar-folder-handler.desktop
with:
inode/directory=nautilus-folder-handler.desktop
