Adding '--nodefaults' to the definition of mysqladmin in 
debian/setup-mysql.sh gets round the issue of the invalid option. 
However when I resume with "fakeroot debian/rules binary" all the tests 
fail. Perhaps the  build is in a confusd state by that point.
