The fix is to change the two occourances of offset_t to int64_t in the
declaration of file_seek in ffmpeg.c (following the defintion in the
structure the function is used in)

I was under the impression that /etc/apache2/conf.d/ was for packages to
drop their code snips (including vhosts). For example, Cacti, or
Nagios3. This would make one of these the default vhost, which is

The issue appears now, because xmlto runs xmllint now with resolving
entities, so it checks the complete XML document and this document is
not valid.
The document contains too many issues to send you a fix to make it
valid. Typical bugs are:
