down here in the Debian Bug tracking system we got bug report a while
ago. It tells that the compilation of documents fails after upgrading
to TL 2007. The minimal example is:

1) Build powerbridge towards non-aligned destination (ie., the

It always adds '~/Desktop/' when I enter the preferences window.
I use '~' as download location and safe-mode doesn't help.
