This bug bit me at a customer site today - a user logged in successfully
with capslock on and ended up with an empty list of groups, breaking a

about const correctness of error_and_integral_is_less::operator(), which
should have been a const member function, I suppose, as it is used as

In bug #386652 you removed the .la file of neon. This shows a
misunderstunding about what .la files are.
Subversion development packages should refer to libneon.la, there's no
problem with that.

I find that when I sort the input (by key, of course) to db4.5_load,
it runs about 200 times faster. If the time to do the sorting is
included, then the speed-up is closer to 100, but it is still enough
of a speed-up that I think the manual page
