Hi,
It was already marked a not found in later versions... and not relevant
for etch since this: "[2006-02-12] totem 1.2.1-3 MIGRATED to testing
(Britney)".
Thanks for closing it.

This is due to the SGML tool that's generating it, and unfortunately

I can confirm this bug. Same overall situation: Kernel 2.4 with no
upgrade path because of virtual host, I've also build libapr from
source because of the segfault bug with the 2.4er kernel. Apache2
starts, but delivers no contents. Previous version 2.0.54-5sarge1
works fine...

See also https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5775 which is

Okay, so the answer is that we shouldn't be passing around un-normalized
data from the network; it looks like dbus doesn't like invalid UTF-8 or
something. If we check to make sure it's valid UTF-8 before emitting, it's
fine, but then we could miss sending out some messages from the server

Thanks for the report. It'll be fixed in the next version (subversion
repository is currently broken).

You'll need to install emacs21-common-non-dfsg from non-free.
