Hi Loïc, I just discussed with Sjoerd Simmons, the maintainer of g-v-m and hal, that we will ship etch with g-v-m, which prefers pmount (over gnome-mount). It's too late in the release process to change the default from pmount to gnome-mount and we are aiming at etch+1 for that change. So please keep this request on hold until etch is released.
