distros seem refuse to upgrade without users doing extra steps.
Good reason would be a Qt bug blocking fundamental features of certain
apps, I can recall such cases for Krita tablet support in older times.

s not recommended, they need major update.
All the code is in branch 3.2 of repo kexi/kdb/kproperty/kreport.
Technical details:
3.2.0 KDb, KProperty, KReport may have new APIs but are backward compatible
with 3.1.0.
KEXI 3.2.0 requires update of KDb, KProperty, KReport to 3.2.0.

I'm afraid you'll need to resolve this before we can continue with Calligra

When do you plan to announce 3.1? (

Just mentioning KEXI/KEXI libs 3.1.0 beta release (it's today) would be
nice.
I am going to mention Calligra release too in KEXI article.

For Kexi, its dependencies
(kdb, kreport, kproperty) have no stable translations (within the KDE
infra). The libs were still kept in playground during the 3.0 series;
kdereview is in progress. Once it's done stable release 3.1 would make the
fix.

Hi all,
Just a heads up that at the request of Jaroslaw Staniek, Sysadmin has
moved the following repositories to
say many folks have been waiting for a stable number before they
start looking at things. So as usual proper testing in wider FOSS audience
happens at x.0.0 stage.

updates being available. I don't see the same issue with MySQL for example,
which was updated just this month. Maybe a man power issue?
I have questions then:
- what happens?
- what can be done to fix the situation?
- how to coordinate better?
Best regards.
