They contain minor changes compared to RC1. kexi and kdb packages have po folders with that we have so far, this is why their file versions are 3.0.1.1, not 3.0.1 (this is to address bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=377488). Translations are not yet fully set up in the KDE infra because the libraries are under a kdereview process. The packages will be announced today unless there's a critical blocker.
