[Bug 751618] [NEW] Secondary axis will not take scale from date and defaults to 30/12/1899
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: openoffice.org OpenOffice.org 3.2.1 OOO320m19 (Build:9505) ooo-build 3.2.1.4, Ubuntu package 1:3.2.1-6ubuntu2~10.04.1 A temperature reading is taken every 4 hours and downloaded to a monthly temperature report spreadsheet. Column A is the date and time, column B is the reading. The secondary x axis shows the date and the primary x axis shows the time. [Bug 213053] Re: Totem is 'uninterruptible'
I have the "unkillable process" problem without fuse or totem being involved, on a headless server install, not running X. Was installing sbcl (sudo apt-get install sbcl) inside a screen(1) session and now the apt process and the launched sbcl (which is trying to generate some cache or something) are both unkillable with kill -9 and killall -9. The other interesting symptom is that pstree -p reports all processes fine, but ps aux actually locks up midway through its report. When the sbcl install locked up for over an hour, I instinctively ctrl-c'd it and ran it again without noticing the first one had not died. Now I have multiple unkillable sbcl processes; I've attached the relevant section of pstree. The screen session that launched those processes is also now unkillable, but other processes (new and old) are behaving normally. If I reliably duplicate this, I'll post more info. ** Attachment added: "pstree.txt" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/14699871/pstree.txt -- Totem is 'uninterruptible' https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/213053 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

In this case a playable MP3 file is imported (as the contents of a folder) and doesn't show up, yet there is no error message. The folder name is '/media/m2/A/music/verdi' and the file is 'Verdi - _Nabucco_ - Karajan [Complete].mp3'. The following files will be attached: * rhythmbox-debug-0.txt (Start RB with no database, a few files in ~/Music) * rhythmdb.0.xml (result in ~/.local/share/rhythmbox) * rhythmbox-debug-1.txt (try to add Verdi mp3) * rhythmdb.1.xml (result in ~/.local/share/rhythmbox) I will continue to try to replicate the choking problem deterministically; thus far things have occurred differently with each run. ** Attachment added: "attempt to add verdi fle, no error shown, file does not appear" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rhythmbox/+bug/622483/+attachment/1523455/+files/rhythmbox-debug-1.txt -- Rhythmbox import from folder appears to choke on large number of files https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/622483 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 622483] [NEW] Rhythmbox import from folder appears to choke on large number of files
Public bug reported: I attempted to import a folder containing several thousand MP3s. The process stopped after approximately 1220 had been scanned, without an error message. Most of the files do not appear in any of the displays, so I take it they have not been imported. I am wondering if there is some upper limit; I do not see anything about it in the documentation. It has been suggested that this is a bug. ** Affects: rhythmbox (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Rhythmbox import from folder appears to choke on large number of files https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/622483 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1955087] [NEW] bluetooth cannot transfer files to phone although connected
Public bug reported: Ubuntu version: 20.4 Not sure of package (bluez)? (Whatever handles Bluetooth) What I expected: File is transferred. What happened: transfer fails with mysterious error code (0x53) which sometimes shows up on phone and sometimes doesn't. In any case the transfer fails. Additional notes: Error was observed before, see https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=202815, however suggested solution on that page doesn't work for me so I assume there is some difference.
