[Bug 1702151] Re: gnome-shell crashed with SIGSEGV in g_type_check_instance_is_fundamentally_a() from g_object_ref() from st_theme_get_custom_stylesheets()
I'm on 19.04 and I seem to be able to reproduce this at least once a day while I leave my screen locked overnight. Am willing to provide logs and core dumps if possible. Just let me know how/what you need to capture. Each morning when I log back in, the screen will sit and freeze for a minute or so while gnome shell crashes and restarts, but at least it keeps my windows and workspaces open / in place. A bit after that is when apport gives me the dialog. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1702151 Title: gnome-shell crashed with SIGSEGV in g_type_check_instance_is_fundamentally_a() from g_object_ref() from st_theme_get_custom_stylesheets() To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/gnome-shell/+bug/1702151/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1898373] [NEW] Nvidia Driver Server Packages should suggest GUI components instead of recommend
Public bug reported: Right now installing `nvidia-driver-4(4|5)0-server` (ubuntu/multiverse) will install the entire gnome-shell stack which pulls in a lot of IMHO unrelated and unwanted software including printer services, input drivers, pulseaudio, and more graphical things normally not desired to be on a headless server. While install with `--no-install-recommends` works as expected, it doesn't include decode/encode libs and extra other libraries normally expected from a full install. I think it would be appropriate to move `nvidia-settings`, `nvidia- prime`, and other recommended packages depending on graphical components to the suggested section. [Bug 1254329] [NEW] Iagno Computer player takes a long time to move later in the game
Public bug reported: In Iagno, the Level 1 computer player sometimes takes a long time to move late in the game. [Bug 575548] Re: ubuntuone overwrites a newer version of a file or creates a conflict version
I had a very similar problem, except that I was using Eclipse rather than emacs. Perhaps a solution might be as follows: Rather than download the file from the server every time, compare the time stamps and synchronize on the more recent file. -- ubuntuone overwrites a newer version of a file or creates a conflict version https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/575548 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 594897] [NEW] evolution fails to remove sent message from outbox
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evolution On a number of occassions, I have sent a message using Evolution. Following this, the next time I went into Evolution, the message was still sitting in my Outbox (in addition to the sent folder), and Evolution would give me a warning about an unsent message when i went to exit. [Bug 614126] [NEW] gedit can't leave fullscreen when run from an xterm
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gedit I tried to run gedit from an xterm (not a regular console). After selecting View => Fullscreen, the toolbar disappeared, but the window did not go to full screen. Moreover, the Leave Fullscreen button in the top-right corner of the screen did nothing. I finally had to shut down the system from a regular console because, of course, the xterm was covered by the gedit window.
