Public bug reported: Binary package hint: upower
On some occasions when I boot my MacBook5,1 into Ubuntu 10.04, the power icon shows that there is no battery; other times, it works properly. When it doesn't work, executing "upower --dump" shows (upower:4008): libupower-glib-WARNING **: Couldn't enumerate devices: Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus) When it works properly, the output is attached. I have also attached the results of "dmesg" under each circumstance.
