Hi!
You have to use the mouse to look at it.
Or focus the mouse at the bottom and click on it and you will be placed
inside the window to use the arrow keys.

I downloaded it

load the .chm, I get the security warning, Unknown Publisher.When I open it
and click on an object, its property, method, or event, no content is
displayed in the help window.I have an older version that works fine.Am I
doing something wrong?Paul
