De rien. :)

This is a first step of course, along with moving up to skak.

Well, in modern times it is easy to call the compiler and come up to the
PDF. This would, I think, help the non-TeXnican a lot. It's easy enough
(just tried: even/especially on a Mac it is entirely easy) to install
TeXlive but then you see a large ? popping up, as you just get some
/usr/bin etc populated and thats it. (Actually, in the case where I
checked it out on the Mac the user installed TeXshop and missed that
there is some need for LaTeX as well ;)

And all this exists already, but it should be cleaned up and corrected.
(If I remember correctly there're a bunch of procedures that call latex,
one should definitely be enough.)

Ok, get TeXlive and be happy :)

That's good news. I'll surely not be able to do anything before the end
of next week.
