Alex, I fully understand that it does not solve the problem you are addressing. It would merely dissolve it. You are right in saying that there are some comments that deserve to stay into a single game. Your example shows that one would like to annotate a particular game, in which case it makes sense to annotate into a game. But you must also consider that most of theorical annotations could and should stay outside particular games. That would solve lots of annotating problems, most of mine, at least. That's the way of the future, in my humble opinion, along with strict games IDs, of course.
