PGN standard just is to store them within the PGN and not outside and the point is that I have them within the games. BTW: as far as I understood Aquarium the feature you mention just translates just to our masks. I may add that both masks and comments within the game have their own value. It doesn't make any sense to add "and here Kasparov run into time trouble" to a mask.
