The Option key is on the Command key. You need to press on ALT and Command
to invoke Option. It may look like a flower, yes

As I said, I have a Mac mouse. That means I don't have three buttons. When
I press on the mouse, it invokes the left-click. When I do CTRL-click, it
usually invoke the contextual menu, so it's the right-click.

But there is also a little grey button on top of the mouse. When I press
that and Option, it mimicks the central click.

As long as there is a way to invoke the contextual menu, it's ok.

A very good argument with one-click mouse is that my son browses over the
Internet since he's 3 yo : he even selects himself Safari and go to his
Delicious bookmarks ! Anywho, any mouse with three buttons can work on a
Mac. It's easy to be given one.

Try to find your way into the System's Preferences. There is no reason why
you should not be able to install any peripheric you need. Even Dvorak
keyboards can be installed. You can desactivate touchpads : I always do.

If you still have problems, I will get back to this another time. We just
installed a wii and must get going.
