I can not follow you argument. Besides I did not mean to
critisise anything, except that I would suggest to add a TOC
and some info "where am I". You mention, that it is built
like a slide show. That how I see it as well. But on slides
for a presentation I also give a short "outline of the talk"
and some info like "page 5/15".

Additionally, I do not see a point why not to add it even
once finished.

Hm. I think one can get <h1> and some colouring defined
later on. Something like blending the look. I didn't mean
more than that.

I do not decide anything. You said to do it from scratch,
that's fine with me as it would have been if you "said I'll
use what's there". What I wanted to say is just: it's up to
you to decide.

I do not think that it is bad for a guided tour. Don't get
me wrong here.
