I admit, that I always lost the "where is the next chapter" button and missed the "where am I now?". Of course one will see the next chapter button immediately if one reads through all the text, but I guess that some people might also just check and see if they know this stuff already, so I'd prefer a top site navigation. Also at some point a nice css might come along and improve the general look and feel visually. I think this was not yet the main point. I've not read through all the text yet. Of neither of the two. I do not want to judge, if it is better to fill the tutorial that already exists, or to start it from scratch again.
