Greetings, I'm considering purchasing a ViewSonic flat panel monitor and I'm wondering if there are any issues involved in running X-Windows (RedHat 7.3 or 8.0)? I don't specifically see many of the flat panel models listed on the HCL (I'm considering models VG700 or VX700) but I'm thinking I can either specify the values or use one of the generic laptop or flat panel settings. Is anyone using one of these (or a similar model) with 7.3 or 8.0? Opinions on ViewSonic monitors/flat panels also appreciated.
