Apache Troubles

I'm having some apache troubles. I recently upgraded to Redhat 8.0

My problems now are php isn't working right. Most

of my php scripts, come back like this.

Warning: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is -1 is not allowed to access.......

Any idea's how to correct this?
