I think some of these dependencies are for Mandrake.  libasound is alsa, I
don't know what those ac3 stuff is.  The libstdc++ should be satisfied by
doing a --nodeps once it's the last thing to install.

I've installed a lot of the Mandrake distribution onto my RH install for
gaming, and it works just fine.  You also might look in the "contrib"
section of the Red Hat FTP site.
