Something I learned a *long* time ago w/ Linux, is that the 'free' support via mailing-lists and newsgroups is worth every penny I pay for it. Most of the time, if you ask the question in the right place, like list or group dedicated to that topic, you have pretty good odds of getting at least a partial answer right off the bat. If not, usually you get pointed in the right direction to find the answer yourself. If this is not the case, rephrasing the question slightly, and reasking the question, either on the same list/group, or perhaps on a different venue entirely, will net results. In any event, remember that the people here are reading/answering questions because they want to, not because they have to. Sometimes your title doesn't jump out at them the first (couple) times if they are busy. Maybe they are waiting for someone more knowledgeable to give an authoritative answer. If the answer is somewhat obscure, but important enough to you, the only solutions are either a) be patient, or b) cough up the money. In any event, insulting the body before which you came seeking knowledge is rarely a wise idea. YMMV, Monte -- All right, breaks over.
