Well, I took the machine in and had it tested. The machine and the ethernet
card work perfectly. I was told that I must have a software problem and that
I should reinstall 7.1. Is it possible to just reinstall the network related
software without erasing files that we don't want erased from a full
reinstall?

Thanks
Linda
