With Eudoria, you're looking for a Eudora client solution. You simply can't (or at least shouldn't) do this on your server with Eudora as a client. Eudora doesn't check alternate folders for new mail using IMAP, and if you're using POP, then only the Inbox is checked, so you lose either way.
