Interesting.  I get the very same error on a system running RH 7.2, and
also on a different system running RH 7.1.  On the other hand, the following
command seems to work fine:

rpm -q -vv --whatprovides /usr/lib/libcrypto.so.0.9.6


By the way, I couldn't find the "--redhatprovides" option in the man page
for rpm.
