I just created I .bat file with:

net time \\server /set /yes

Put it in the Startup section of the  Start menu. Runs everytime you 
start Windows. I also add it to the logon script that is run when a 
user logs in (at the office). Samba (2.0.x) is set as Domain controller 
and the logon scripts run automatically. See the Samba docs.

You could also put that .bat file to run in the Windows Scheduler if 
the system gets too far off between reboots.

I believe "net /help" will give you other things you can do (i.e. 
Mapping/Unmapping drives, etc.).
