There is only one worth having:

DNS and BIND, 4th Edition by Paul Albitz & Cricket Liu published by 
O'Reilly.

dhcpd is insanely simple but deceptive as the docs are, essentially 
non-existent. Internal DNS you will find in the aforementioned book.
