I have a single Dell box with Redhat 7.2 freshly installed and its on a cable modem and I can ONLY get Apache to serve a web page on this box locally. I can't view it from another machine by typing the IP address http://x.x.x.x
I can only get Sendmail to send out mails but I can't use it as a mail server. (no relaying allowed maybe?) Last time I did Redhat it was 6.2 and this stuff was easy out of the box. It seems that everything is LOCKED down. Great security but frustrating the hell out of me.
