yea, I had the same problem sometime ago ... i couldn't find a way to do it from linux.. Try using Partition magic it has resize partions and linux partitions do show up on it don't crash ur system though ... ;-) or similar S/w from inside windows or try using it from wine( I haven't tried that out) Hope it helps ...
