Hi again.,
I tired the rawrite in DOSUTILS but its asking the source. Actually
the source is in one of the partitions that I cannnot access in windows or
DOS. SO, I pointed at the boot.img file in the \images directory of the
RED-HAt cd1. It created the Boot image. When I tried to boot from the newly
created floppy, I get the same installation message screen. I guess I need
the boot images that are there on one of my drives.
How can I solve this catch 22 situ?

Do you have MSDOS operating system? If you do,
you can boot to MSDOS and put your CD into the CD-ROM.
then:
cd dosutils
rawrite
that's all. It will guide you how to make your boot disk.
