Ran Memtest 86 and it did find 5 errors at 147 and 150 Meg.  The BadRam kernel patch
looks promising but the authors website is down and I can't get the one for
2.2.16-22 only 2.4.  Anyway I have new ram coming so it may be moot anyway.
