I've been downloading, compiling and installing all along. I just haven't
gotten around to testing it out for a few versions. The sizing of the
taskbar in the last few I tried were large, medium and small. Small was
too small, large was too large and medium was either too large or too
small, I forget.

As for shortcuts, I never really got too deep into manually configuring
things. So it might be my fault for that part. But, icewm has a couple of
easy to use config apps available (not packaged with it): icepref (look
and feel) and icem (menus and keystoke shortcuts).

For ease of use on menu settings, XFCE is hands-down better. Or, was the
last time I checked it out. Also it's lighter. But, I need to look at it
again to see where it's gotten in the last few releases.

I currently have 3.7.2 installed. Is that still the latest? Or did I miss
one or 2?

I'll try looking at it again when I get home tonight, after midnight CST.
