Not having any inside info, I can say with 99.9% certainty it will be
out in less than 6 months.  They typically have 6-9 months between
releases and 7.0 has been out for a little while now (don't remember
exactly, but I think it was last fall).  Again, RedHat does not make
pre-announce releases so we're all guessing, but they aren't wild
guesses.

You could go to the ftp site and look in the RPMS directory for 7.0
and the beta to see what versions.
